GETTING STARTED
Warning!
Do not attempt to process the meat
grinder food with solid fibers (ginger, horserad
-
ish), as well as bread, crackers, nuts and bones.
Cut the meat into pieces of a size such that they
pass freely into the feeding tube.
Before connecting the grinder to a network, make
sure with the fact that the switch is in position “0”.
Connect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
Set the switch to «ON».
Put the meat in a pan and slowly, without effort,
serve it in a feeding tube pusher.
Do not use products to push objects of any kind,
in any case, do not push the meat by hand.
REVERSE
During operation, the chopper can hide products.
Unplug the grinder, the switch to position “0”.
After stopping the engine, set the switch to «R» .
The screw rotates in the reverse direction and
eject the jammed products.
If this does not work, unplug the grinder from the
power supply, disassemble and clean the feeding
tube.
NOZZLE “KEBBE”
Kebbi – a traditional Middle Eastern dish. It is usu

ally made from mutton and wheat grains, which
twist into a homogeneous mince.
Insert a feeding tube into the body grinder.
Clamp (not dragging) feeding tube retaining screw.
In the feeding tube, insert the long end of the
screw and turn it up until it snaps into place.
Fit the extension “Kebbe.”
Tighten clockwise (not dragging) the fixing nut.
Replace the feeding tube tray products.
NOZZLE FOR MAKING HOME SAUSAGE
Insert a feeding tube into the body grinder.
Clamp (not dragging) feeding tube retaining screw.
In the feeding tube, insert the long end of the
screw and turn it up until it snaps into place.
At the first set screw knife, and then – one of the ar
-
rays so that its tabs into the slots on the feeding tube
and the cutting edges of the knife firmly lay down to
its plane, otherwise the meat will not be processed.
Set the nozzle to prepare homemade sausage.
Tighten clockwise (not dragging) the fixing nut.
Replace the feeding tube tray products.
Place the product on a flat, stable and dry surface.
Does not cover the ventilation holes on the
bottom panel.
At an angle of 45º insert a feeding tube into the case
of the meat grinder and, without making efforts, turn
a feeding tube counterclockwise before fixing.
In the feeding tube, insert the long end of the
screw and turn it up until it snaps into place.
On the first slide the auger blade, and then – one
of the arrays so that its tabs into the slots on the
feeding tube and the cutting edges of the knife
firmly lay down to its plane, otherwise the meat
will not be processed.
Tighten clockwise (not dragging) the fixing nut.
Replace the feeding tube tray products.
