Phoning

Outgoing Calls

Requirements:

•

Enabled InterCom authorisation at the InterCom destination

1. Pick up the receiver.

2. Dial one of the following character strings:

##011

: Initiates an InterCom announcement.

##012

: Initiates InterCom hands-free.

3. Enter the internal number of the system phone. Possible entries:

Internal number of the individual system phone

(for exchange line

request type Direct exchange line phone: with preceding **)

The system phone automatically takes the call after a single ring.

Initiating Loudspeaker Announcement

This function enables loudspeaker announcements over an active
loudspeaker.

Proceed as follows:

•

Using a character string on the internal phone

•

Using the menu/function key on a system phone (optional, see the
phone manual)

Requirements:
