Proceed as follows:

Via the configuration manager (
Monitoring
)
The status page of the inetrnal subscribers displays information about the registration (IP and
ISDN telephones), connection (analogue telephones) and the provisioning of subscribers, door
stations and not (yet) assigned devices.
The status is marked by a coloured point.
Note:
The page initially displays the status when the page was opened. It is
being updated every 30 seconds, however, not all status information can be
automatically updated. You will find further information in the following
sections.
Status (analogue telephones)
No analogue telephone was connected to the PBX.
An analogue telephone was connected to the PBX. The telephone has made itself noticeable
to the PBX. The date of the telephone status displays the last activity time of the device.
Notes:
If you connected an analogue telephone to the PBX, you must pick up the
telephone receiver so that the PBX can display the right status of this
telephone. If necessary, you must close and reopen the monitoring page.
The PBX cannot automatically recognize it when an analogue telephone is
being removed. You can then reset its hardware status under
Subscriber >
Properties > Basic Settings
