Number Presentation (Incoming)
Configuring Number Presentation (Incoming) for Subscriber
Number Presentation (Incoming)
This feature lets you present the actual number reached to the incoming caller. The number
presented back to you may be one of the numbers from the exchange line connection reached.
This number may be different than the number actually dialled by the caller. This is useful if, for
example, another subscriber takes the call via pick-up or call forwarding is active. The number
to be presented back may also be suppressed (COLR).
Configuring Number Presentation (Incoming) for Subscriber
Proceed as follows:
•
Separately for subscribers
•
Separately for configurations
•
Using the configuration manager
Note:
As described in the following, the setting is also possible via profiles (
...
> Profiles > Configuration > Configure > ...
). If the check box
Profile-
controlled settings
has been selected, the property set in the right-hand
column will apply. For assignment of the profile, see chapter Settings >
Profiles.
