Creating Fax Boxes
Creating Fax Boxes
To create fax boxes, internal numbers are assigned and the boxes are assigned the corre-
sponding owners.
Note:
Boxes marked in red indicate missing data for these boxes on the data
storage device. To be able to continue using these boxes, this data has to be
restored.
To sort the table, click the desired term in the header of the column.
Proceed as follows:

Using the configuration manager
Creating Several Fax Boxes for One Owner (Same Owner)
It is possible to create several fax boxes which are all assigned to the same user.
Requirements:
•
Voice mail/fax function (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >
Basic Assembly and Extensions)
•
Configured internal subscribers and/or groups
•
The number range for the numbers of the boxes is still free.
1. Open the page
Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Phone numbers
.
2. Click
New
.
3. In the
Box type
list field, select the
Fax box
option.
4. In the
from
entry field, enter the lowest number of the number range. Possible entries:

until
entry field, enter the highest number of the number range. Possible
entries:
2 to 4 digits in the range of
10
to
9999
2 to 4 digits in the range of
10
to
9999
