Switching a Voice Mailbox for a Subscriber/a Group On/Off
Switching a Voice Mailbox for a Subscriber/a Group On/Off
If a voice mailbox is enabled for a subscriber or for a group, both the subscriber/group and the
voice mailbox will be automatically called for all incoming calls made to the internal number of
the subscriber/group.
Important:
The PBX supports
one
central answering machine. An answering
machine at the COMfortel system telephone will be disabled as soon as a
voice mailbox is selected for the subscriber. Querying and deleting voice
messages as well as replaying own announcements is still possible. The call
recording function can be used.
Note:
If call forwarding immediately (subscriber/group), the boss/secretary
function (system telephone) or a waiting field reception (for one waiting field
group, one enabled waiting field reception is sufficient) is enabled, the call will
not be made to the voice mailbox!
