Configuring Calls to be Recorded for the Call Data List
The calls to be recorded can be selected in order to prevent the call data memory from filling
up too quickly.
Note:
The transmission of the charge information can be disabled for an
ISDN connection (
Public switched tel. networks > ISDN connections >
PTMP connection
and
Public switched tel. networks > ISDN connec-
tions > PBX base numbers/trunk bundles > Configure
).
The following subgroups can be recorded:
• Chargeable calls
: Outgoing chargeable calls and failed outgoing calls for which charges
have accrued (e.g., for CF via the network provider (transfer charge))
• Free of charge/calls without charge information
: Outgoing calls that are free of charge
or for which no charge information is transmitted
– Successful only
: Only outgoing calls that are free of charge or for which no charge
information is transmitted (failed calls are not recorded)
• Private calls with partial phone number privacy
: Due to reasons of privacy protection,
the transparency of external numbers during outgoing private calls can be dispensed with.
When this is done, the last three digits of the phone number dialled is displayed as asterisks
(*). The remaining data from each call will continue to be recorded.
• Successful
: Incoming calls
– Only with charges
: Only incoming calls that accrue charges (e.g., collect calls)
• Unsuccessful
: Incoming calls that do not result in a connected call.
• Charges independent from calls
: Incoming calls with additional charges (e.g., the
transfer charge for collect calls)
