Configuration Wizard
The configuration wizard guides you through all pages required for quick configuration of the
PBX (e. g. for its first commissioning). All basic settings can be made during such a quick
configuration.
This does not limit the functions of the PBX. Since the configuration wizard is based on the
configuration manager, further settings can always be made on the corresponding pages of the
configuration manager. Each of the following chapters contains the relevant cross reference.
For this reason, the symbols of the toolbars and navigation bars correspond to the bars of the
configuration manager. New symbols and symbols with different behaviour are listed below.
Opening the Configuration Wizard
You can open the configuration wizard as follows:
• PBX still set to factory settings:
Using a selection dialogue which appears when the
configuration manager is being opened.
• PBX not set to factory settings:
Using the symbol
appears in the navigation bar of the
configuration manager if you are logged in as administrator:
Opens a window to initiate a soft call.
Marks a message as read.
Marks a message as unread.
Opens a window to listen to or save a message.
Opens a window to copy or move a message.
Opens a list field for selecting an overview or a monitoring page (
Overviews
,
Monitoring
).
Opens the tree completely. Additionally the old tree state is saved.
Rebuilds the tree to the state before the last complete opening or closing.
Closes the tree completely. Additionally the old tree state is saved.
Clicking the window opens the configuration wizard.
Logs you in to the configuration manager.
Logs you out of the configuration manager.
Opens the configuration wizard.
