Press the telephone book key or the OK key.

Use the arrow keys to scroll to the ringtone to be used to signalise a call
from the telephone number you just entered.

Press the telephone book key or the OK key.
The message SAVE OK is briefly shown on the display.
Note: You can now continue creating entries as described on page 60 .
Dialling from the Telephone Book
1.
Press the telephone book key.
2.
Use the arrow keys to scroll to the entry you want.
Note: Selecting the first letter of a name using the keypad allows you to find
the entry you are looking for more quickly.
3.
Initiate the call:

Using the receiver: Pick up the receiver.

Hands-free calling: Press the loudspeaker key.

Headset connected: Press the hook key.
Note: If you would like to leave the menu without dialling the telephone
number, press the home key or the back key.
Speed Dialling Keys
Saving a Telephone number in a Speed Dialling Key
You have access to 10 speed dialling keys to assign to the most frequently
dialled telephone numbers.
Note: If the telephone is operated on a PBX, enter external telephone num-
bers, if necessary, with a leading exchange line access number (for
example,
0 ).
1.
Press and hold the speed dialling key for approx. 3 seconds.
2.
Enter the telephone number. Possible entries:

Digits 0 to 9

Redial key (dialling pause)
