Headset Calls

A headset enables you to participate in calls when you have no hands free. This is a very useful
feature, especially in certain professional areas (for example, in a call center).

Initiating Headset Calls

Requirements:
– Knowledge of the telephone and its menu options
– Headset operation enabled

• When your telephone rings, press the hook key to initiate the call.

You are making a headset call.

• If you would like to call someone, dial the telephone number and press the hook key

to initiate the call.

You are making a headset call.

Ending a Call in Headset Operation

Requirements:
– Knowledge of the telephone and its menu options
– Headset operation enabled

During a headset call or other call in headset operation, proceed as described in the following.
