7.2 Replacing the PTFE fibreglass belts
Replace the PTFE fibreglass belts as follows:
1. Remove the plug from the socket.
Never carry out maintenance on the
Continuous sealer while it is live.
2. Loosen the four screws at the side of
the sealer.
3. Remove the cover.
Warning! The heating blocks can
still be hot, even if the sealer has
been switched off for a while.
4. Push the left-hand side tension roller
inward.
5. Remove the PTFE glass-fibre belts from
the right-hand side tension roller.
6. Place the PTFE glass-fibre belt onto the
tension roller.
