400 "Bad Request" response if a
message request is rejected.

0 - Policy Reject - If the message is a
request, then the device sends a
response to reject the request.

1- Policy Drop - The device ignores
the message without sending any
response.

Blacklist,Whitelist Instant Determines the policy for the SIP
methods.


- Policy Blacklist = The specified
methods (in the 'Method List' field)
are rejected by the policy.

