2.6.1 LEDs
The 8410 blade provides LEDs for indicating the status of various interfaces, as described
in the tables below.
Table 2-12: Blade Status LEDs Description
Label Color Status Description
FAIL Red On Blade failure (fatal error).
- Off Normal operation.
ACT Green On Active blade.
Note: Applicable only to Mediant 3000 HA configuration.
Yellow Blinking Redundant blade in standby mode.
Note: Applicable only to Mediant 3000 HA configuration.
- Off Standalone blade (i.e., for Simplex configuration).

Blinking Data is being transmitted or received.
- Off No Ethernet link.
GBE

Green
On Gigabit Ethernet link is established. This LED indicates Media
network traffic. For the status of the Ethernet ports on RTM-8410,
refer to ''RTM-8410 Rear Transition Module'' on page
31 .
Blinking Data is being transmitted or received.
- Off No Gigabit Ethernet link.
