Switch to the other slot - Long-press the reset key for 10 seconds or simultaneously press
the ‘4’ key + the ‘6’ key; the device’s LED lights up green.

Enter the device’s boot - Long-press the reset key for 15 seconds or simultaneously press
the ‘1’ key + the ‘3’ key; the device’s LED lights up blue.
■
Switch from Teams Compatible to Teams Native and vice versa - simultaneously press the
‘back’ key + the OK key; the phone’s LED lights up red + green.
■
Restore the phone to its default settings - Long-press the reset key for 25 seconds or
simultaneously press the OK key + the MENU key; the device’s LED lights up green + blue.
You can also restore a device to its default settings while the phone is already powered up and
functioning, by long-pressing the HOLD key for 15 seconds.
Removing Devices from Intune Management
You can remove from Intune devices that are no longer needed, that are being repurposed, or
that have gone missing.

To remove devices from Intune:
1.
Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Centre [portal.office.com] and log in with an Administration
account.
