5.13.4 Deleting a Contact from the Personal Directory
This section shows how to delete a contact from the Personal Directory.

To delete a contact from the Personal Directory:
1. Access the Personal Directory (CONTACTS hard key > Groups softkey > Personal
Directory ).
2. Navigate to the contact to delete.
3. Touch the Details softkey; the contact details are shown.
4. Touch the Delete softkey; a 'Delete current contact?' warning message appears.
5. Touch the Yes softkey to remove the contact from the AC-HRS device directory or No if you
want to keep the contact in the directory; the contact is removed from the directory.
Note:
•
Corporate Directory contacts cannot be deleted.
•
Only Personal Directory contacts can be deleted.
