Special tools and workshop equipment required
♦ Hook And Support Tool - 3311-
♦ Bolt - 3311/1-
♦ Shop Crane - VAS6100-
Procedure
• Transmission removed.

Caution

Transmission components could be damaged if they are not

set down correctly.

♦ Do not set the transmission on the ATF pan.

WARNING

An accident could result if the transmission is not secured cor‐

rectly.

♦ Exchange the bolt on the -3311- for a new, longer

-3311/1- .

♦ This is the only way the transmission can be properly se‐

cured.

– Secure the transmission on the -3311- (use new longer

-3311/1- ).

– The transmission can be lifted and transported with the -

VAS6100- .

Note

Ignore the -VW309- .
