4.3 Function Blocks
4.3.1 Processor
The SAM4S-EK is equipped with a SAM4S16 device in LQFP100 package.
4.3.2 Memory
The SAM4S16 chip embeds:
„ 1024 Kbytes of embedded Flash
„ 128 Kbytes of embedded SRAM
„ 16 Kbytes of ROM with embedded BootLoader routines (UART, USB) and In-Application Programming
functions (IAP) routines.
