Troubleshooting
Operating System requests for Device Driver installation
If AT77UR100 has been connected to the PC before software installation,
then uninstall the device in device manager and restart the setup in the
correct order.
Fingerprint image poor quality
Improve finger swipe by:
•
starting at last knuckle joint and swiping to finger tip,
•
keeping finger flat against sensor
•
maintaining consistent pressure over sensor throughout swipe
