Console
The Scout MkII's interactive console serves a dual function. It is able to accept commands input by a user or
NMEA 0183 formatted strings. All strings are terminated with a <CR> and an optional <LF>. There is no need
to switch modes as the parsing of both types of strings happens automatically.
The console is available on 3 separate interfaces:

Connectionless. This is a receive only
interface however the Scout MkII can
receive packets from multiple sources.

Console Messages
Normally the console outputs a status message at a rate of 1 Hz. The Scout MkII does this by default. The
console has different levels of messages that can be displayed though. The level is called console priority.
There are 4 levels of console priority. The console commands listed below can be entered into the console.
The console will reply with an OK response (except in quiet mode where no response will be sent).
