Warranty
THE WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO PERSONS AND SUPPLIERS THAT PURCHASE THE
ORIGINAL PRODUCTS OF ATH-Heinl GmbH & Co.KG BY OUR CONDITIONS OF SALE.
ATH-Heinl GmbH & Co.KG ensures that this electronic product is free from defects in material and
workmanship. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery for 12 months. The warranty is void if the entire
machine or parts of the device have been changed or alienated for any other purpose for which they are not
intended, or used in a manner that does not comply with the user manual. Existing damages / defects cannot
be eliminated by the use of AC134 eco, this can be done only by repair or replacement. The AC134 eco is only
to be used for the purpose of cleaning, care and maintenance. ATH-Heinl GmbH & Co.KG is not liable for
damage or defects resulting from improper use and for existing damages/ defects. The cause of the damages/
defects can only be determined in accordance with the conditions laid down by ATH-Heinl GmbH & Co.KG, for
example by an independent expert. No agent, employee, or representative of ATH-Heinl GmbH & Co.KG has
the power to commit the company ATH-Heinl GmbH & Co.KG to any affirmation, representation or warranty
that is different to the above information.
Explanation
The above warranty supersedes all other warranties.
Ordering Information
Replacement equipment can only be ordered from suppliers who are authorized by ATH-Heinl GmbH & Co.KG
for selling them.
