Installing the Input / Output Boards

To install input or output boards in the VM3200 / VM3250, follow the steps
below.

Note:

By default, the VM3250’s EDID mode is set to true 4K. If you are using
I/O boards that do not support a true 4K resolution, make sure to
configure the VM3250’s EDID mode and the resolution setting to avoid
generating blank screens. To access these settings, use the front-panel
pushbuttons (page 56) or the web interface (page 112).

1. On the rear of the VM3200 / VM3250, remove two screws from a left and

right side slot, and then remove both covers.
