A text message displays at the touch screen of the IDA8C:
"NT PHY Error"
The text messages display at the window [Machine Fault Record] in Ateis Studio:
o
LNT: Error in Ateis Local Net Card. Note: GNT: Ateis Global Net Card.
o
Port A PHY Error: Error in A/B Port Net Card.
A buzzing sound outputs to the monitoring speaker on the front panel of the IDA8C.
Troubleshooting: If this error continues to appear, please replace the net card
.
3.1.9.1.34 Local AteisNet PA/B Shutdown
The local Ateis-Net card has detected unknown communication and causes the port is disable, users
need to reboot the machine.
Indication:
LED Indicator: When this error is detected, the following LEDs will light up:

G. Fault LED on the front panel of the IDA8C/S.
Log:

Troubleshooting: Check the cable and net card first, please replace the new net card if it the fault often
appears.
3.1.9.1.35 Global AteisNet PA/B Shutdown
The global Ateis-Net card has detected unknown communication and causes the port is disable, users
need to reboot the machine.
