Button
Description
Start the treadmill.
Stop the treadmill. If you‘re in the settings, you will leave it by pressing this
button.
By pressing this button you‘re increasing the speed in 0.1km/h steps. If you
press and hold this button, you will increase the speed faster, up until you
reach the maximum of 20km/h.
By pressing this button you‘re decreasing the speed in 0.1km/h steps. If
you press and hold this buttn, you will decrease the speed faster until you
reach the minimum of 1km/h.
By pressing this button you‘re increasing the incline by 1%. If you press
and hold this button, the incline will increase until you reach the maximum
of 15%.
By pressing this button you‘re decreasing the incline by 1%. If you press
and hold this button, the incline will decrease until you reach the minimum
of 0%.
Increase the volume.
Decrease the volume.
Previous song.
Next song.
By pressing this button you can chose with which goal you want to workout.
Time, Distance, Calories. Speed and incline can be set during the workout.
By pressing this button you can chose between automatic programms,
HRC and body-fat analysis.
Quick buttons for speed adjustment. By pressing one of these buttons you
can set the speed to the value you‘ve pressed.
Quick buttons for incline adjustment. By pressing one of these buttons you
can set the incline to the value you‘ve pressed.
