MemClk Tristate c3/ATLVID [Disabled]

Allows you to enable or disable MemClk Tri-Stating during C3 and Alt VID.

Allows you to enable or disable DQS signaltraining control. Turning this off 

requires custom memory timings programming. Training is automatically
