WARNING

• This cart is design to carry one Mig Welder and one gas cylinder only.
Always use caution when working with welding bottles. Store the cylinder
in an upright position and make sure the retaining chains are securing
the welding cylinder tightly at all times.
• Never weld on the welding cylinder.
• The cart is designed to roll on level surfaces only to use otherwise is
inviting the cart to be unstable and maybe tipping over and resulting in
  injury and possible death.
• When moving the welding cart steer with the top shelf and take extra
precautions as the cart may be top-heavy and subject to tipping over.
• Never try to move the cart by pulling on any welding cables or welding
gun as this could cause the cart to tip over and possible result
  in injury or death.
• Do not allow ground cable connection to come in contact with any part
of the welding cart or cylinder as this will complete a circuit which could
  result in electrical arching.
• Failure to adhere to the above precautions could result
  in serious injury or death.

You will only need a 10mm wrench, 10mm socket, ratchet and pliers.

REAR WHEELS

1.  Slide axel thru the hollow tube located on the bottom

side of the Shelf C (8202-03)
2.  Place one flat washer on each end of the axel.
3.  Place the wheels on the axel.
4.  Install the cotter pins in each axel hole and bend over.
5.  Seat the red caps over each axel end.

FRONT WHEELS

1.  Align the castor wheel bracket with four holes locate on

the bottom left side of the Shelf C (8202-03).
2.  From the topside of the lower shelf install four bolts with flat

washers through the shelf (8202-03) and castor plate

(8202-14). Then, install four washers and nuts on the bolts and

tighten them with the 10MM wrench and socket combination.
3.  Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the right side of the carts lower

     shelf and castor.

SHELF D

1.  Align the bottom holes in the sides of the Shelf D (8202-04)

with the holes in the sides of the Shelf C.

Note: the lips of the vertical support should be pointing towards the

front of the cart.

2.  From the topside of the Shelf C, install a bolt with a flat

washer through the center hole of Shelf D and the

Shelf C, install a lock washer and nut on the other side

washer you can lay the cart over on its side.
3.  From outside of Shelf C, you can install a bolt with a flat

washer through Shelf C and the Shelf D, (one for each

side) than install lock washers and nuts onto each bolt.

Note: Tighten these two nuts and bolts until just snug as you will

tighten them completely when the cart is fully assembled.

At this point only lightly tighten all nuts and bolts as you complete

the assembly. The last part of the assembly will involve placing

the cart on a level surface and sequentially tightening all of the

remaining nuts and bolts to achieve a welding cart assembly that

is as near level as possible.

SUPPORT BARS

1.  Line up the Support Bar A rail holes with the holes located on

the left side of the Shelf C. Support Bar A only has two holes

drilled through it while the top of the rail has five holes drilled

side of Support Bar A and B.

Note: The center shelf has four lipped sides. The lips   should be facing

upwards when installed correctly.

     washer through each hole.

with the four holes, two located on each side of the support bars.

time of installation. The opening of the shelf should be facing the

left side of the welding cart.

washer through each hole add a lock washer and nut and tighten

     lightly at this time.

through each hole and  install a lock washer and nut on the other

side tighten very lightly at this time.

5.  Line up the rear lip of the Shelf A with the top with the center

     hole of Shelf D

     tighten all four bolts securely.
