A Cold Air Climate Kit is also required in

When penetrating a ceiling
into an attic, a firestop thimble
(38FST or FST30) is required
to avoid intrusion by insulation
and recommended to negotiate a
joist.
NOTICE: The firebox canopy (hood)
must not be modified or replaced with
a canopy that may be provided with
the unvented decorative room heater.
