Icon Function
If the product is connected to a wireless network, the icon will be displayed.
Click the icon to enter the corresponding setting menu.
If USB flash memory(s) is connected to the USB port, this icon will be displayed.
Click the icon to enter File Commander.
If the meeting notes cannot be saved to a USB flash memory successfully after the
meeting, use a USB flash memory less than 16 GB and change the file system into FAT 32
format.

Icon Function
Click to enter the internal PC system or the user may set their favorite source
frequently used. (More details setting method refer to the 4.3.10
Input/Output Setting )
After the user customizes the signal source, this icon changes accordingly.
Click Source to show the Source page on the right hand side.
Signal sources include Internal PC, HDMI Front, HDMI Rear (1 and 2),
DisplayPort and VGA.
Whiteboard provides discussion board function.
Click the bar to share the screen from portable devices, such as laptop and
tablet.
Files is for opening the File Manager, and you can explore on internal and
external files of the screen.
Apps display all pre-installed applications, including Browser , Vote , Aqual
Mail , File Commander , FloatNSplit Table Keyboard Plus , Office Suite and
Trucast Express etc . Click the icon of an application to run the application.
Click Setting to enter the setting page.
