How to Use EVO X properly:
We reco mmen d that you re ad thi s chap ter car efully before using EVO X.
Warn ing:
1. Pl ease do not use E VO X in humid or dusty e nvironments:
2. Do not expose this product to direct sun or high temp eratures , such as
a c losed ca r in summer or to very cold condit ions. EV O X may be
easily damaged under abov e condit ions.
3. Hi gh vibrat ion or st rong magnetic pl aces, such as a c ar- char ger or
ma gnet.
Caut ion:
When user moves from cold to warm places, it may cause mistin g on LCD
pane l. If this occurs, p lease sw itch off your EVO X. You may swi tch
on af ter 1 hou r.
Warn ing:
In serting
1.Wh ile inser ting the CF card please do not pre ss CF c ard to hard, as this
wil l damage the me mory card.
2. It i s normal when yo u remov e CF me mory ca rd fromE VO X to find it
is a bit hot.
3. a CF mem ory car d with st atic electricity, m ay cause shut do wn
of EVO X. W hen thi s happens, pleas e turn off EVO X and then
switch on a gain.
4. If y ou inser t the CF memory card in the wrong directi on,pleas e do not
push it. Oth erwise t he mem ory card and the unit will be damaged.
Warni ng:
1. While the un it is connected v ia USB t o a comp uter, you will pro bably no t
be a ble to re ad exter nal hard drive an d external CF memory ca rd at the
same time. Please make sure that only one ex ternal device is connecte d
to th e machi ne while connected to a P C.
2. While you fo rmat the storage device of PAV25 12, the directory (and file )
will be produ ced aut omatical ly. Pleas e remove the rel ated files to the
refe rred dire ctory
3. If yo u use the compu ter to format the external storage device t hrough
USB connec tion, please sele ct the FAT32 form at.
4. Please do not run the files of the external stor age dev ice on the computer
directly, whi le you co nnect the machi ne to it. First cop y the file s to the PC
harddrive.
Warn ing:
1. To wipe off the dust on the L CD display, please use soft dry cl oth and
wipe it gently. If the re is dirt , you can use a bit soft cle aning de tergent .
2. Pl ease do not use h ard things to clean or scr ape off t he LCD d isplay,
because th e LCD display is easily damaged.
3. Alw ays use soft dry cloth to clean the machin e. Do no t use vo latile
liqu id, beca use this may cau se defor mation a nd painting peel ing.
