Settings with DIP switches
DIP1 Telnet
If DIP1 is in position ON when LU9101 is started it is possible to
communicate with the control unit via Telnet. Used when the
control unit should be configured via the Ethernet contact.
DIP2 Initiate motor lock
DIP2 in position ON initiate “Current Loop” motor locks to work
together with control unit LCU9101. When the motor lock is
installed DIP2 is set to position ON and the control unit is
restarted. When the control unit has restarted LED “D” will turn
green when the motor lock is found and initiated. Set DIP2 to OFF
and replace a possible "Learn" jumper link on the motor lock.
DIP3 Balanced door monitor switch
DIP3 in position ON and two resistors of 2,2K Ω mounted on the
door monitor switch, then restart the control unit.
DIP4 Fixed IP 192.168.1.250
Can be used when you want to set up the control unit with the aid
of a TP cable, used together with DIP1.
DIP6 Master reset and test mode
When DIP6 is set to ON the control unit performs a master reset
on all parameters at upstart and resets LCU9101 to the factory
settings, it also sets LCU9101 in test mode.
Note! When this is done the LCU9101 will lose all settings and
new information must be loaded to the LCU9101. In the test
mode you can check installed readers and lock, but not the motor
lock. Normal position for DIP6 is OFF.
