Skipping Rope with Counter

Operating instructions
Enter the weight of the user
(max 110 kg, min 20 kg)
1. Press [RESET/ON]. The default weight, 50 kg
is shown.
2. Press [SET] and the weight field, “W” will start
to flash.
3. Use [UP] or [DOWN] to set the weight and
confirm by pressing [SET].
4. The “T” field will start to flash for setting
the exercise time.
Set the exercise time
(max 60 minutes)
1. When the “T” field flashes, press [UP] or [DOWN]
to set the desired exercise time. Confirm with
[SET].
2. A peep sound is emitted when the set exercise
time has elapsed and the counting stops.
Start skipping
1. The exercise timekeeping begins as soon as you
begin skipping.
2. The skip counting begins after 6 skips.
3. The calorie burn appears about 2–3 seconds
after you have finished skipping.
4. Press [RESET/ON] to reset the readings to zero.
You then have to enter your details again. 50 kg
is the default weight setting.
5. The skipping rope switches off automatically after
8 minutes of disuse. Press [RESET/ON] to start.
Care and maintenance
Clean the skipping rope using a lightly moistened
cloth. Use only mild cleaning agents, never solvents
or corrosive chemicals.
Battery
The electronics of the skipping rope are powered by
1 × CR2032 battery (included).
The battery is changed as follows:
1. Undo the retaining screw on the back of
the handle and remove the battery cover.
2. Remove the old battery and insert a new one.
Make sure that the positive (+) terminal is facing
upwards, towards you.
3. Refit the battery cover and tighten the screw.

This product should be disposed of in accordance
with local regulations. If you are unsure how to
proceed, contact your local council.
