Safety
• The cooler box is intended for indoor use or under a sheltered
roof protected from rain and direct sunlight.
• The cooler box is designed for temporary use only and not for
continuous operation.
• Do not sit on the cooler box.
• Do not place any objects on the box so that the fan vent is blocked.
• Always guarantee a free flow of air around the cooler box
housing during operation.
• Never cover the cooler box during use.
• Always place the cooler box on a flat, stable surface.
• Do not subject the cooler box to knock and blows.
• Do not attempt to open the housing of the cooler box or modify it
in any way.
• All repairs must only be carried out by qualified service technicians.
Buttons and functions
Note:
• Turn the cooler box off and let it rest for 5 min before switching
between hot and cold functions.
• The fan is used for automatic temperature regulation whenever
the heat function is activated.
Care and maintenance
• Always make sure the cooler box is turned off and unplugged
before cleaning.
• Never pour water directly into the cooler box during cleaning.
Wipe the interior and exterior of the with a damp cloth. Use only
mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Turn off the cooler box and pull its lead from both the box and 12 V
socket or power adaptor when not in use. Unplug any power
lead from the wall outlet, if used.
• Once cleaned, the cooler box should be stored in a dry,
dust-free environment and out of children’s reach.

The cooler box
won’t turn on.
• Make sure that the power lead is whole,
undamaged and properly connected to
the 12 V socket.
• Check that the 12 V socket is live.
• Check the fuse status in the cooler box

The cooler box
has an automatic
fan for temperature
regulation.
• The automatic fan may turn on and off
sporadically in order to maintain proper
temperature. This is completely normal.

Operating instructions
Note:
• Connecting the cooler box to 230 V mains will require
a compatible power adaptor e.g. Art.no 31-1567.
• The LED display only displays an approximate internal temperature.
Many factors can influence the box’s internal temperature such
as ambient temperature, the amount packed and the method
of packing.
1. Connect the cooler box to a 12 V socket.
2. Select the heat
(HOT)
or cooling
(COLD)
, function using
the function switch on the control panel. Single LED indicators sit
above each of the two functions. Green = COLD, red = HOT.
3. Turn the selector switch to
OFF
to turn the cooler box off.
1. Unscrew the tip of
the plug where the fuse
holder is located.
2. Pull out the fuse holder
and replace the damaged fuse
(8 A, 6 × 32 mm).
3. Screw the fuse holder back into place to complete
the procedure.
