2.4.1 Onboard and External Supply
The Centellis 2000 User Card 10GE with Telco Alarm has no provisions to switch off the power
input. The board is powered whenever the power is attached to the Centellis 2000 system (-
40 VDC to -72 VDC).
The board satisfies the standby power limit of 10 W for AdvancedTCA FRUs. Typical power
consumption of the Centellis 2000 User Card 10GE with Telco Alarm board is 5.7 W with SFP+
module installed.
2.4.2 Power Supply Holdup
The Centellis 2000 User Card 10GE with Telco Alarm complies with the requirements for board
level voltage transients as described in
chapter 4.1.4.3. of PICMG 3.0 (AdvancedTCA) specification .
It satisfies the requirement of uninterrupted operation during a power failure of 10 ms.
