CPLD Programmer JTAG Port

The CPLD can be programmed through the header available on the platform that is connected
to the JTAG port of the CPLD. The other end of the header must be connected to the Lattice
Programmer. The CPLD can only be programmed when it is powered with 3.3 V supply from
the card edge connector. The header pin out is shown in the below table.
