Troubleshooting the Power Connection

Symptoms

Telephony Modem does not have power; none of the LED indicators are lit.

Action

1

Make sure that all cabling is properly connected.

2

Make sure that the outlet to which the power supply is plugged into is not 
controlled by a switch. If an unswitched outlet is not available, make sure the 
wall switch is on.

3

Replace the unit.

4

Call your next level of support.
