Description of the cabinet - Intended use (Fig.1)
Addressees
The cabinet is intended to be used by qualified personnel, instructed and trained
by the employer to its use and concerning the risks that it can entail.
Intended use
Atlanta
cabinets bring together assisted and self-service functions into a single
showcase. They are suitable for the storage and sale of cold cuts, dairy prod-
ucts, delicatessen items and meats and can be supplied with a remote condens-
ing unit.
They consist of an open lower part (tray) for self-service and a closed upper
part (showcase) for assisted service and, therefore, fall into the category of
“interlocked” cabinets.
The two parts include thermostatic controls, water drains, and independent gas
and electrical connections.
