Liability of the
Customer or
Employer
The customer or employer are responsible for:
•
verifying the qualification and mental or physical state of the professionals
assigned to use and service the cabinet.
•
making sure that they read and comply with the manual
•
making sure that they use the
PPE
required.
•
training and informing the personnel in charge of transporting, installing,
servicing, cleaning, etc. according to the instructions given, each according
to their own qualifications in compliance with the regulations in force in the
country where the cabinet is installed.
•
provide the most suitable communication tools to avoid risks and dangers for
the user.
Any other use or modification that is not indicated in this manual or not authorised by AR-
NEG S.p.A. is dangerous, will void the terms of the warranty and invalidate the declaration
of conformity provided by Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
4. 1 For the cabinet
Provisions
Prohibitions
•
the refrigerated cabinet preserves the tem
-
perature of goods, it does not reduce it
•
use the cabinets only indoors
•
the cabinets are designed to preserve/display
only fresh foods, frozen foods, ice creams,
cooked and pre-cooked foods (self-service res-
taurants)
•
operations inside the electrical panel are re-
served to qualified staff only.
DO NOT
remove protections or panels that re-
quire the use of tools in order to be removed
DO NOT
remove the cover of the electrical panel
DO NOT
obstruct the air inlet/outlet passages
DO NOT
use electrical appliances inside the ca-
binet
DO NOT
use devices to accelerate thawing
DO NOT
apply thick and insulating adhesives on
the walls of the cabinet.
CAUTION!
Keep the ventilation open-
ings in the cabinet casing clear.

For the goods
Provisions
Prohibitions
•
introduce the goods already cooled at the
temperature that complies with the cooling
chain
•
check at least twice a day, weekend included,
that the temperature of the cabinet and the
goods is maintained
•
load the cabinet so that the goods from a long-
er time is sold before the newly received goods
(stock rotation)
•
load the cabinet in order observing capacity
limitations
•
use containers suitable for preserving the
goods
•
regularly check the operation of automatic de-
froster (frequency, duration, air temperature,
restoration of normal operation etc.).
