PiCUS TMSO Manual

7.7 System Activation

Now that all preparations have been made and the system test has been successfully
completed the PTMSO can be activated.
Just click on the

ACTIVATE

button on the

MGT

tab of the management window.

A successful activation is indicated in the status bar at the bottom.
If, on the other hand, an error has occurred, you will receive a correspondingly different
message.

All devices of the system then change the operating mode.



If you have already created a measurement plan before the activation and this plan

provides for an immediate start of the measurement, the system switches to the
measurement mode, indicated by a

MEAS

LED on the TMSO.CU flashing every 5

seconds and status LEDs on the TMSO.IM flashing every 5 seconds.



Without an active measurement plan, the system switches to the energy-saving sleep

mode. All LEDs on all devices are switched off.

Only the

CON-LED

of the TMSO.CU will continue to flash for a few seconds until the central

unit switches off the BLE.
