. Using a 6 mm cap screw threaded into the fixed

driven face, spread the driven pulley by turning the
cap screw clockwise; then remove the V-belt.

plate. Remove the air intake plate.

10. Using a rubber mallet, loosen

the clutch cover;

then pull it away from the right-side crankcase
