20.7 Replacing Fuse
1.
Ensure the fireplace is off and cool before servicing.
2.
Disconnect power supply (including back-up battery
power) to the fireplace.
3.
Remove the fireplace surround.
4.
Remove the fuse holder from the control board
located on the right side of the fireplace.
5.
Replace the fuse with one which has the same
specifications using the existing fuse holder.
6.
Replace surround and resupply power.
7.
Light the fireplace to verify proper operation.
Fuse type:
T3.15AL250V.

20.8 Disabling CPI
If you have to disable continuous pilot ignition (CPI) for any
reason, follow the steps below:
1.
Ensure the fireplace is off and cool before servicing.
2.
Disconnect power supply (including back-up battery power)
to the fireplace.
3.
Remove the fireplace surround.
4.
Snip the blue CPI wire and protect the exposed ends.
5.
Replace surround and resupply power.
6.
Light the fireplace to verify proper operation.
CAUTION:
Label all wires prior to disconnection when servicing controls. Wiring errors can cause improper and dangerous
operation. Verify proper operation after servicing.
This appliance, when installed, must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes or, in the absence of local codes,
with the
National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, or the Canadian Electrical code, CSA C22.1
