Installation

17.1  Brick Panel Installation

17.0  Firebox Liner Installation

The following steps highlight the procedure for installing Quebec City Red or Quebec City Grey brick panel firebox liners. Handle the 

panels with care as they are delicate. Inspect the panels to ensure that no damage has occurred inside the package. Please report any 

damage immediately to your Authorized Archgard Dealer.

Before you begin:

• 

Make sure the fireplace is off and cool prior to installation

•  Ensure the gas supply is turned OFF, disconnect the power supply

• 

Remove barrier screen (see 

Section 14.0

)

• 

Remove Glass Door (see 

Section 15.0

)

Step 1:

 Remove and retain the (2) Tek screws from the upper 

front corners.

Step 2:

 Place the rear brick panel in the back of the firebox.

Step 3:

 Place the left or right side panel.

Removal is the reverse of Installation.

Step 4:

 Make sure both brick clips are accessible before 

continuing.
