Installation

14.0  Barrier Screen Installation

If barrier becomes damaged, the barrier shall be replaced with the manufacturer's barrier for this appliance (Part Number 36-BS).

Step 1:

 Align the tabs at the top of the screen with the opening on 

the edge at each side of the door. 

Note:

 fireplace shell top is not 

shown to illustrate installation.

Step 2:

 The hooks on the bottom of the barrier screen are 

designed to slide between the glass and the lower edge of the 

door frame.

Step 3:

 Slide the barrier screen down so that the outer tab on the 

screen engages with the top of the door.

Step 4:

 At the same time the lower hooks will slide between the 

glass and the lower edge of the door frame.
