20. 11 Re m o v i n g t h e Bu r n e r
Be f o r e y o u b e g i n :
•
Ensure the fireplace is off and cool before servicing
•
Disconnect power supply (including back-up battery power) to the fireplace
•
Turn off gas supply
•
Remove the fireplace surround. See
Se c t i o n 16. 0
•
Remove barrier screen. See
Se c t i o n 14. 0
•
Remove door assembly. See
Se c t i o n 15. 0
•
Remove burner media. See
Se c t i o n 18 . 0
•
Remove panel set (if applicable). See
Se c t i o n 17 . 0
St e p 1:
Remove the (5) Tek screws securing the ember strip at
the front of the burner.
St e p 2:
Remove the (9) Tek screws securing the burner.

Carefully lift the burner up and away from the appliance.
