3.1  Installing the CPU Module to Carrier Board

1. Find the heat sink included in optional accessories. (See section 

1.5.1  

Optional Accessories on page 5

) Apply thermal grease to be in 

contact with CPU and chipset on CPU module. 

2. Place the heat sink over the CPU module and fasten the screw to secure 

it in place.
