The
Security
menu sets up the password for the system’s administrator account.
Once the administrator password is set up, this BIOS Setup utility is limited to
access and will ask for the password each time any access is attempted.
The featured setting is:
Setting Description
Set Supervisor
Password
To set up an administrator password:
1. Select
Set Supervisor Password
.
An
Create New Password
dialog then pops up on -
screen.
2. Enter your desired password that is no less than
3 characters and no more than 20 characters.
3. Hit [Enter] key to submit.
