5.3.1

Transport lock

The terminal block for the supply wires [DC+/-], [/-], and, if available, [BR+/-] must be
secured for renewed transport. Use the supplied screws for the cable lugs for this purpose.
Tighten the screws with the permissible torque of 15.0 Nm.

5.3.2

Storage

Store the VECTOPOWER in accordance with the ambient conditions specified in the technical
data.

Protect the VECTOPOWER from dust and dirt with suitable packaging.

The device must not be stored in an airtight package. The ventilation prevents condensation.

Avoid strong temperature fluctuations during storage. Condensation is formed by temperature
fluctuations, for example.

The VECTOPOWER must not be stored in an environment with metallic vapors, other harmful
substances, or radiation. Other harmful substances include fogged oils, acids, gases, vapors, or
dusts.
