Turbo Pump TKP
Funktion
AquaCare Turbo Tauchkreiselpumpe TKP sind für den
Einsatz im Süß- und Meerwasseraquarien geeignet. Der ü-
ber der Wasseroberfläche liegende Motor gibt die Wärme
nicht an das Wasser sondern an die Luft ab. So wird das
Aquarium auch an heißen Tagen nicht unnötig aufgeheizt.
In Verbindung mit sogenannten Intervallsteuerungen kann
ein naturgetreues Strömungsbild simuliert werden.
Principle
AquaCare Turbo pumps are built for fresh and sea water
aquaria. The motor is outside of the water, so the heat of
the motor will be pushed into the air and not into the water.
Even at hot days no additional heat of the pump will cause
an over temperature in the aquarium. If you use an interval
control you can simulated currents that are similar to the
currents in nature.
Montage der Pumpe
Die Pumpe muss so am Aquarium befestigt werden, dass der Mo-
tor oberhalb der Oberfläche befestigt ist. Der Pumpenkopf muss in
das Wasser getaucht sein. Zwischen Wasseroberfläche und Unter-
kante der Motormontageplatte sollte ein Zwischenraum von 1 bis
4 cm sein. Die Pumpe kann direkt an Seitenscheiben (max.
12 mm) befestigt werden. Schützen Sie die Pumpe vor Spritzwas-
ser.
TIPP! Wenn das obere Ende der Wellendurchführung ein
wenig mit Silikonfett oder Vaseline eingeschmiert wird, kann
kein Salz heraufkriechen.
Mit dem optionalen Halter kann die Pumpe auch an waagerechten
Glasstegen (max. 12 mm) befestigt werden. Wird die Pumpe im
Aquarium betrieben, sollte am Ansaugrohr ein Ansaugschutz
montiert werden. Es gibt ebenfalls eine Verlängerung für den An-
saugschutz.
Soll die Pumpe als mechanischer Filter eingesetzt werden, kann
eine Filterkartusche an der Saugseite befestigt werden.
Mounting the unit
Mounting the pump the motor must be outside of the water
and the pump head must be in the water. Between mount-
ing plate of the motor and water surface should be 1 to
4 cm space. The pump can be mounted directly at the side
glass (max. 12 mm) of an aquarium. Please make sure that
no water will reach the motor.
Trick! If you grease the
upper end of the shaft housing the salt will not creep to
the top.
With the holder (option) you can fix the pump at horizontal
glasses, too (max. 12 mm). If the pump should run in an
aquarium it is important to fix a fish protector. An addi-
tional tube is available, too.
If you want to use the pump as a mechanical filter, filter
cartridges are available, too.
Inbetriebnahme der Pumpe
Wenn die Pumpe ordnungsgemäß montiert ist, kann der Netzste-
cker in eine Steckdose gesteckt werden. Beachten Sie die korrekte
Spannung. Wenn Sie die Pumpe intervallgesteuert betreiben
möchten, sollte die Pumpe pro Takt mindestens 6 Stunden laufen
oder eine drehzahlgeregelte Intervallautomatik benutzt werden.
Andernfalls führt es zu erhöhtem Verschleiß.
Putting into operation
If the pump is fixed carefully, you can plug in the plug into
the mains. Please control the right voltage. If you want to
