The external flexible cables of this unit cannot be replaced;
if the cable is damaged, the part should be replaced.
Check that power
is available and
connected properly.
Pump is clogged.

If you are having a problem that you can’t solve by following these steps, take the item to
your Aqua One retailer for inspection as many issues may be resolved with a replacement
part or an adjustment.
