Verify that the liquid in each well of the ROI
plate is at the bottom of the well. If not,
centrifuge the plate again at a higher rpm and for
a longer period of time.
Loading the Plate
1.
Press the tray door to open it.
2.
Load the ROI calibration plate into the plate
holder in the instrument. Ensure that the plate is
properly aligned in the holder.
Load standard plates
(7300/7500 system)
with the notched A12
position at the
top-right of the tray.
Load Fast plates
(7500 Fast system)
with the notched A1
position at the top-left
of the tray.
3.
Close the tray. Apply pressure to the right side of
the tray and at an angle.
