  Modes of Operation 

The four modes of operation are: 

 

Constant Current (CC) 

 

Constant Voltage (CV) 

 

Constant Power (CP) 

 

Constant Resistance (CR)

Constant Current Mode [CC] 

In CC mode, the load will sink a current in accordance with  the programmed value 

regardless of the input voltage. (See following figure)

AT851 provides two methods to set the current value by using the numeric keypad and 

the knob. 

 

Method 1: Setup the current value by using the numeric keypad
