Hold the allocated or programmed RFID tag to the RFID interface of the
instrument.

The method and/or sample ID allocated to or stored on the RFID tag will
automatically be used for the following measurements.

9.5.7 Application Examples for RFID

RFID tags can be attached on the outside of tank farms, for example. Before an
employee takes a sample from the tank to measure it, the measuring method and
sample ID to be used can be changed accordingly by reading the RFID tag.

The RFID function also proves to be useful when inspecting incoming goods: For
each incoming good you can allocate an RFID tag to the measuring method and
sample ID to be used and catalog the tags. By doing this, the allocated RFID tag can
easily be scanned from the catalog when the substance is coming in, a sample can
be taken and measured and traced back via the sample ID later.
